The Client Awards
It was the second year of the Lead Forensics Client Awards, but the first year that the In2Events team were bought on board to produce a more professional, polished awards broadcast. The recording needed to look the part but also come within budget.
The In2Events team orchestrated everything from planning the film crew, liaising with the client account managers for testimonial snippets, recording the voiceover, and producing premium video content and motion graphics in-house. Even if we say so ourselves, the final results were seriously impressive!
The online Client Awards provide Lead Forensics with the opportunity to thank clients for their valued partnerships in a fun, inventive way. Clients could nominate themselves for an award in up to 8 categories, then shortlisted entrants were invited to a private virtual award ceremony. Two hundred people tuned in to watch the premiere of the award announcement to find out if they were selected as a winner.
The awards thank Lead Forensic customers for their business from the last year and enhance relationships between clients and account managers. There’s also the added bonus that the awards promote exemplary customer service levels to new customers, ultimately resulting in positive impacts on future sales.
